Bishop Bio
Bishop Quacy L. Smith, a California native, was born in Palm Springs and is the youngest born son to James and Teresa Smith. Being raised in a small desert city called Blythe, he accepted Christ as his personal Savior at a young age and acknowledged his call to the ministry at age 12. Since then, this apostolically anointed Psalmist has been preaching and evangelizing the Word of God with power and with the demonstration of the Holy Ghost in several states throughout the country. This Man of God stands in the fullness of five-fold ministry and has entered into a dimension of ministry that is in demand in today's society. God has bestowed upon this humble servant several gifts and a life-changing prophetic revelation of the Word of God.In his earlier years, after a very successful career in the United States Marine Corps, he attended San Diego State University and Trinity Theological Seminary where he studied in several areas focusing on organizational administration and theological philosophy. He continued his education with a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice Management from Union Institute and University, and pursued a MBA in Leadership from Grand Canyon University’s School of Business. Bishop Smith is also currently enrolled at Phoenix School of Law where he his obtaining his Juris Doctorate to fulfill his life-long dream of becoming a judge Most notably, Bishop Smith recently served as the president of the Black Law Students Association and is a member of the National Bar Association. Bishop Smith is also a member of Phi Alpha Delta, a highly acclaimed international Law Fraternity. Bishop Smith holds a Doctorate in Theological Philosophy and Divinity from Feltus Theological Seminary. He is also a POST certified peace officer in the State of California and Federal Investigator.
While in California, Bishop Smith was under the leadership of the honorable Presiding Bishop Charles E. Blake as a son of the Southern California First Ecclesiastical Jurisdiction of the Church of God In Christ. He served in various positions within the Jurisdiction and in his local church. He has labored as a minister of music, a member of the pastoral staff, an executive staff member of the State Youth Department, Executive Director of the School of Ministry and as the Director of Christian Education, just to name a few. He has authored member orientation manuals and has assisted in establishing proper administrative and financial processes for several churches. Bishop Smith served as the Jurisdictional Prelate of the First Ecclesiastical Jurisdiction of Colorado COGIC United, being the youngest legitimately consecrated bishop within the organization. He also labored diligently in the fabric of leadership of the Full Harvest Network, as a Son, under the leadership of Bishop Clarence E. McClendon. Bishop Smith is the Presiding Bishop of the Global Harvest Covenant Network, headquartered in Baltimore, MD and he shares as the Episcopal overseer and counsel for many churches and ministries throughout the nations of the world.
Bishop Smith is in the process of writing his second book entitled “SWITCH: The Ultimate Challenge of Leadership, that will be self-published by the Morris Publishing. Bishop Smith is the Senior Pastor of Kingdom Life Center Church International in Phoenix, Arizona. The lady of his life is Mrs. Kennesha Smith and they are the proud parents of Keshawn, Khayla, Karrington, Kamaren and Quacy, Jr. But out of all that can be said about this anointed man of God let it be known that he loves and serves the Lord Jesus with all of his heart. His plans are to "ROCK THIS WORLD" with the unadulterated, uncompromised word of God and continue “Molding a Generation for Kingdom Ministry.”
